Our patients are on the 2nd-4th day of the menstrual cycle. After the initial ultrasonography is performed and the blood hormone levels are checked, injections to stimulate the ovaries are started. You should have the injections done at the same time every day. Since the daily dose adjustments are determined in the afternoon, it is preferred that you get the injections between 18:00 and 21:00 every day. Mature eggs are usually obtained from follicles over 15 mm in diameter. Preferably, HCG is administered when 3 or more follicles reach over 17 mm and\/or blood E2 level is more than 500 pg\/ml. The purpose of applying the cracker needle is not to crack the eggs, but to ensure the final maturation of the eggs. Before the eggs hatch, they must be collected. Egg retrieval is usually done 36 hours after the HCG hour. HCG administration time is extremely important. It is imperative that you comply exactly with the time given to you.<\/p>\n

Pregnyl; It consists of powder and solvent water containing 5000 units. There is 1 powder, 1 water in a box. Unless otherwise specified, 2 powders and 1 water, ie 10000 units, are made from the hips. In approximately 10% of cases, the treatment is canceled without HCG administration. The most important reasons for cancellation may be insufficient follicle development, significant diameter mismatch between follicles.
